At Gomarco we firmly believe that a fair working world is also a more prosperous world. That is why, on the occasion of March 8, International Women’s Day, we join one more year the initiatives that promote real equality between women and men in the professional field.

On this occasion, we joined the campaign promoted by Fundación Diversidad, under the slogan “Women’s labor rights: no gaps, no barriers”, an initiative that seeks to make visible the importance of continuing to move towards a more equitable, inclusive and inequality-free work environment.

At Gomarco we wanted to join this claim to remind that equal opportunities, respect and diversity are fundamental values within any organization that aspires to grow in a sustainable and responsible way. We believe that companies have a key role to play in building a work environment in which all people can develop their talent under equal conditions.
